*Jagger's First Bath*

Jagger had his first bath at home. He was fine at first but then totally hated it.

As soon as he was done he was fine again:)
My three boys!
Hunter got to pick out his outfit, he was so excited.

We (Me, Hunter and Jagger) went to the Doctor for his check up and everything seems to perfect with our little guy:) I'm not looking forward to going back in two weeks for his circumcision...so sad!:(
Then we met my Mom at McDonalds and had lunch. Good times:)

*Coming Home*

Everybody was so excited to get baby Jagger home (especially his siblings:)
Hunter is seriously the BEST BIG BROTHER on the planet. He just has so much love for little Jagger.

*Jagger Mikel*

I got induced on Monday, July 26, 2010. I have to admit I was really nervous to be induced, my water broke with my other two kiddies and I just didn't really know what to expect. It actually went really well. We just hung out for several hours, I was still only dilated to a 3 when I got there and 75% effaced and several hours later the same. Then Dr. Nance came around 4:30 a broke my water, I then started to feel contractions pretty fast. They then checked me and I was at a 5 and they called for my epidural. I am always nervous to get that, especially this time around. It seems like with my other two I was in so much pain with the contractions that the epidural wasn't bad compared to that pain but this time around I wasn't hurting that bad yet. Needless to say we got it done and I was a big girl:) Dr. Nance went home to get some dinner and didn't think I would go until around 10:00. My amazing nurse, Laurie, told us since we had been there that she thought we would have him around 7:00. Well the next time she checked me I was a 9 and they called Dr. Nance. Meanwhile, my Mother in law had just made it my 20 minutes. (She flew in from Texas) We were SOOO happy she made it. About 10 minutes before I had him Jen and her kids came to visit, it was a little crazy:)
When Dr. Nance came in he said that I was ready to go. I counted to 3 and said "PUSH!" I started to push, then he told me to stop and then said go again and he was out! It was amazing! I was very emotional with little Jagger, the whole experience was just beautiful!

He kept pouting his little lips...so cute!

This was our awesome nurse, Laurie

Hunter and Skyla stayed with Sean, Tori, and Averi while we had the baby. Mom K. picked them up the next morning and brought them straight to the hospital. Hunter was BEYOND excited to meet his baby brother. They had to wake up Skyla in the car and she wasn't thrilled seeing him:)

Look at her eyeing her new competition:)
(I have been more swollen since the day after he was born, than before he was born, what's up with that?!)

Proud Daddy!
Chris brought Skyla with him to come pick us up and take him home. (He tried to get Hunter to but he wouldn't wake up from his nap) Skyla liked him a lot more the next day:)

I am truly grateful that everything went so amazing and that my little man arrived safe and sound! I am blessed beyond measure!

*Carnival*

We had the chance, on Wednesday, to go to the Spanish Fork Carnival. We went with Kelly and Jen and their cute family and had such a great time! It has been so long since I have been there...probably 8 years! Crazy! Can you say "fake smile!":)
The girls wanted Chris to go on this ride so bad, it was hilarious to watch Chris be so calm and the girl laughing so hard!

Skyla LOVED the boats! She would wave to Uncle Kelly every time she passed!

Look, No Hands!
Skyla also LOVED the carousel every time we would get around to a certain point she would look at me and just bust out with laughter! It was so funny!
When Hunter got off this ride he says to me "Mommy, I sure wish I had a REAL motorcycle!"
Chris is telling me that I look Huge here;)
We had such a Blast and cant wait to do it again next year!
After this Chris had the chance to go to the rodeo with Cory and Elisha and their family, they had a good time!

*Skyla Jean*

Today Skyla and I stayed home from church because she has a bladder infection and a really bad cold. We are pretty lucky to have fairly happy kids when their sick so I took advantage of the day. We had a girls day...I gave her a manicure and pedicure and then put her hair in curlers and let her wear her tutu, while she was all dolled up I thought I would go outside and take a couple of pictures of her. I knew that it might not work out but a couple of them worked.
So here are her "2 year" pictures and her stats:
Height-34 inches-56.66%
Weight-30.86 pounds-90.64%
who would have thought, right?:)
Some of her favorite words/sayings are:
"I dont wannu!!!"
"NO!!!"
"Watch Mommy, Watch!" (usually when she's coloring)
"Bless you"
"Boolp" meaning "Help"
"Poo Poo...EWWWW!"
"Don't Daddy!!!" as she's laughing, while he's tickling her
"You O.K.?"When she can see I'm struggling:)
"GOOK!" aka Look
"Oopee" (Oops)
"I gotta tell you" *Hunter says "Mom, I was just gonna tell you....." ALL the time so she has picked up on that:)
She really is talking great, she says tons of things!
I love this girl beyond words, she brings so much life, sass, energy, happiness, spunk, and beauty to our little family. We love you Skyla Jean!

(I goofed around with my Photoshop CS5 if you can't tell by the different coloring:)
