*Wolf Creek*

For my Birthday Chris surprised me and told me that we were going to Wolf Creek for a little family get a way. His parents own a time share and had extra points so it didn't cost us a lot. This place was GORGEOUS. You had to go through Ogden to get there and it was just little town. The Resort was perfection. We had three bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room with a fireplace, and a kitchen. Cory and Elisha's family joined us and we had the best time!

Little Skyla was SUCH a trooper. Just the day before she was at the hospital getting x rays and all sorts of things done to her. She was soooo sick. Her temperature got up to 104.5 it was really scary. It turns out she had Bronchitis and Pneumonia. They put her on antibiotics and told us that she wasn't contagious and she could still make the trip. I have to say, when my kids are sick it is the saddest thing ever! They are still so sweet and nice and try to be happy. This picture proves it:)

This was the first day. We got up there mid afternoon and checked in, then we went looking for some yummy food. We found this cute little mom and pop sandwich shop. It was SOO good. We pretty much the only ones in there and the owners loved the kids and kept giving them free things...including the ice cream...so nice! After that we went and got our swimsuits on and headed for the pool. It was HUGE and so nice, it even had a slide. The water was really warm and the kids LOVED it.

This is the kids waiting for Uncle Cory and Aunt Elisha to come.

Skyla still didn't feel very good. Poor girl.

It was our 10 year anniversary the last night we were there and Elisha made us the most amazing dinner EVER! We had steak, shrimp, salmon, twice baked potatoes, salad, and garlic bread...it. was. heaven,
She also bought the most amazing ice cream cake that I have ever tasted! The four of us finished up in no time:) (and we all gained weight from it:)
This was seriously the funnest trip ever. It was so laid back yet we could do whatever we wanted. The boys loved playing basketball and we loved playing tennis while the kids played in the sand. So much fun, we're hoping this can be an annual thing:)
